Boat Building Instructions
-
There are a few rules to enable the events to run smoothly and fairly. You will be advised of these at the beginning of each event.
A $50 Boat registration by 9am on the day entitles you to all Can Boat events and the boat building competitions which are judged at 9.30 am on the day.

Competitors need to register at the registration tent. All competitors are encouraged to listen for announcements regarding events times etc, as program times may change because of tide variations. It is also a good idea to advise the convenor of your intention to enter a boat.

Thank you everyone
Thanks to the generous support of the community we had a wonderful day. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves and we will see you back next year for the next Beer Can Regatta.
Anglicare HACC Program
Funds from the Regatta in 2009 will go to the Anglicare HACC Program. HACC is a government program that helps community agencies such as Anglicare provide services to frail aged people, younger people with disabilities and their carers. The Beer Can Regatta is looking to provide additional transport for Anglicare to build on the program and to provide transport to enable their clients to access medical appointments and other services.
Last Year's Regatta
Funding from last years highly successful Combined Lions Beer Can Regatta went to the Variety Club to help Variety Club fund their Goanna Park Camp for children in need.
