It's all in a good cause and fun
We estimate that the cash we have donated to charitable causes in the NT between 1974 and 2016 is a little over $1.5M - this is a raw dollar figure and is not adjusted for inflation, to provide a "today's dollar" amount. We also don't have a total for the in-kind support we have provided to other organisations, or organised to flow directly from our sponsor to our beneficiary, because those dollars don't pass through our books.
In 2017 we are raising funds for the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard , Darwin Flotilla and SIDS & Kids NT.
The Australian Volunteer Coast Guard need a new berth for their vessel, to ensure that it is ready to go out and assist mariners in distress.
SIDS & KIDS NT are being funded to help them support families dealing with miscarriage, still birth and sudden infant death syndrome etc.
